As a man thinks in his heart so is he - A daily exercise

A merry heart does good like a medicine. 

The fast that YHWH has called for is to fast our desired thoughts for his. 

We are to fast our desired spoken words for his. 

We are then to fast our actions in an effort to choose his … instructed acts. 

He is love. 

Love requires permission

Love cannot force itself or himself upon us

Therefore, to walk with Love, we must give Love/God permission. 

Since God requires our permission, then worry, fear, anxiety, grief and hate require our permission.  I strongly suggest that you receive God’s love and reject these others. 

As I order my thoughts and words … by choosing His thoughts and words … I give permission to omnipotence, omniscience and Love Himself.  I walk with Him … and here is the exercise He has given me …

Today is April 1.  Some would call it April Fools Day. 

It is day 91 in 2025. 

So in the cycle of three where the three are the father son and Holy Spirit … it is a Father day, so I meditate that aspect of the Holy Trinity.  He is the invisible aspect … Yahshua the Son is the visible … and the Holy Spirit is the indwelling incarnation and the active aspect …

In the cycle of 5 … it is also the first of the five … so what would I do if I knew I would succeed?  I ask myself …

In the cycle of 7 it is the seventh day … therefore in my goal setting categories financial is the last of the seven so today I chose to pay down some debt and place a few trades … while sowing seed in Cuba … and elsewhere. 

In the cycle of 9 … the fruit of the spirit this is day one … so this is a love day.  No wonder my introduction went the way it did.  Love for my YHWH.  Love for my wife, my daughter and her family, my church … my extended family … my friends.  Love … chosen.

In the cycle of 12 this is day seven … and for me this speaks to the 12 simple thoughts and the 7th of these is Don’t quit people but let them quit you.  There are people that I have served that have chosen to go elsewhere.  I will go where I am celebrated and not where I am tolerated … If you go … go … peace be with you … drive safe. 

In the cycle of 22 I use the Hebrew letters.  This is day three and the third letter is the Gimel which represents the righteous man going to equip the daleth or the servant … he comes out of the House of God … fully equipped to fully equip …

So, this is an exercise that I do daily to order my thoughts. 

The father,  What would I do if I knew I would succeed, financial, Love, don’t quit people, but let them quit you and the gimel. …

This combination reminds me of the realm of the spirit.  Out of the unseen the seen shall manifest when I sow a seed in love not looking to people but looking to those that I am called to support and serve. 

Take those six thoughts and combine them and see what YHWH says to you. This can also be your daily exercise! Dan Stratton
